About My Classes
Yoga is the union of mind and body, bringing balance and harmony to all the levels of your being. My classes use the yogic postures to stretch, limber and tone the body which promotes flexibility whilst building core strength. You will also discover the stability and centring which comes from utilising your own breath and at the end of each class, experience the deep peace of a relaxation. So, whether you are young or old, stiff or supple, there is something of benefit for everyone. I run my classes as a course, so that true development can take place, but also offer a more expensive drop in option.
All the yoga equipment is provided by me and the sessions take place in newly refurbished halls with excellent facilities.
The Magic of Mudra
Mudras are truly magical but don't take my word for it! Come along and explore these sacred gestures for yourself using your hands, body and breath to promote healing, well being, insight, peace and so much more.
The course will also include yoga postures taught with careful alignment principles and modifications, breathing practises and always ending each class with a very necessary relaxation.
There is just so much to learn, so much to experience, so many fantastic tools in the yogic toolbox all of which are there for our healing and development. Please do come and join in.
